ORDERING QUESTIONS

When will I receive my order? Your order should arrive within 7 business days from the day your order is placed.

How are Scripts shoes shipped? We ship by Priority Mail, mailing the next day if the order is placed by 2PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Will there be sales tax on my order? Only Florida residents - please add 6% sales tax.

How will I know if my online order has gone through? You will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. If you are unsure about your order status, please contact our Customer Service at info@christianshoes.com.

Can I order from ChristianShoes.com if I live outside the USA? Yes - please e-mail info@christianshoes.com regarding shipping rates.

How do I know if an item I have ordered is on backorder? We do not backorder. If we do not have the shoes in stock, your credit card will not be charged.

May I place my order over the phone? Yes, please call 321-604-8450, Monday through Saturday, 9AM to 6PM - EST. Our Customer Service will be happy to take your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Will you ship to countries other than the USA? Yes, we will ship internationally. However, our online store is not set up for international sales. Please e-mail info@christianshoes.com for shipping costs before you place your order. We will then send an invoice for both your shoes and the Priority International shipping. Please note: shipping costs per pair of shoes will be much more economical when ordering more than one pair. When more than one pair of shoes are ordered, you will also have the option of shipment without the shoe boxes, which will also help to lower the cost of shipping. Thank you!

SIZING INFORMATION

What sizes do Scripts shoes come in? Scripts Shoes are unisex sized from 3 to 12. Girls and boys will find shoes in our smallest sizes from 3 to 6. Women, PLEASE NOTE: A women's size 7 is Men's/Scripts size 5. Simply click on your corresponding correct size - For example: M5/W7. People needing wide widths should order 1/2 size larger in Scripts. More sizes - Scripts will soon be available in large sizes 13, 14 and 15, as well as toddler's and children's sizes.

Do Scripts come in 1/2 sizes? Yes, our shoes come in whole and half sizes 3 through 12.

Do Scripts shoes come in wide widths? No - not yet. You may need to order 1/2 size larger in Scripts if you wear wide width shoes. Soon Scripts will be coming in wide and extra wide widths.

Do all styles come in all sizes? Please see the sizing details on each shoe in the product list under "Buy Scripts Now". As many of our styles are unisex, many styles are offered in the full range of sizes.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment are accepted? VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted for online purchases.

Payment may also be made by money order (USA only) - payable to Scripts Footwear, Inc. Please send payment to: Scripts Footwear, Inc., 381 Dayton Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32904. Please complete the check out process and click on payment by money order to confirm that your selected shoe is in stock. We will hold your shoe for 7 days.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR SHOES

Can I wash my Scripts shoes? Yes, Scripts shoes can be washed either by hand or in the washing machine in the gentle cycle, in cold water, using gentle laundry detergent - no bleach. Scripts shoes should be dried away from a heat source, and definitely not in the automatic drier, as it may damage the vulcanized rubber. The insoles can easily be removed and washed by hand.

Proper can of your Scripts shoes will ensure that you will enjoy them for many years.

GENERAL COMPANY QUESTIONS

Are Scripts shoes Sweat Shop Free? Yes! Scripts shoes are manufactured in the Republic of Korea - a country that does not have sweat shop or child labor issues.

Does ChristianShoes.com have a brochure? Our website is our "catalog", with our most current models, as well as those coming soon.

Does ChristianShoes.com make charitable contributions? Yes, ChristianShoes.com donates new shoes to Soles4Souls. Soles4Souls.org is an organization which facilitates the gifts of shoes to aid the hurting worldwide and which, in turn, is partnered with Kids In Distressed Situations, Inc.(K.I.D.S.), an organization which distributes shoes to children up to the age of 18 in the United States.

RETURNS POLICY

May I return shoes that do not fit or that I do not like? Yes! We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, return your unworn shoes with the receipt and in the original box, within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt. You will be given an exchange for a different size, color, or style - or you may be issued a credit back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Cost of your return shipping back to us is nonrefundable. However, ChristianShoes.com will pay for the shipping of your newly selected shoes back to you.
